1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ScholrGo (“ScholrGo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website (https://scholrgo.com), utilizing our calculators, scheduling consultations, or applying through our advisory network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature & Scope of Services
ScholrGo provides independent overseas educational advisory, profile evaluation, university application facilitation, and education loan guidance. All counseling and application guidance provided to students is 100% free of charge. ScholrGo is remunerated directly by partner institutions upon successful student enrollment.
3. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa Issuance
While ScholrGo leverages comprehensive data-driven methodologies and partner relationships to optimize your chances of admission and visa approval, final admission decisions rest entirely with university admissions committees, and visa decisions rest exclusively with sovereign government immigration authorities (e.g., UKVI, USCIS, IRCC, Australian Department of Home Affairs). ScholrGo makes no express or implied warranty of guaranteed admission or visa grant.
4. Student Responsibilities & Document Authenticity
Students are solely responsible for providing genuine, unaltered, and verifiable academic records, financial statements, and personal identity documents. Submission of fraudulent, counterfeit, or misleading information will result in immediate termination of advisory services and reporting to relevant institutional bodies.
5. Intellectual Property & Calculator Tools
All interactive calculation models, proprietary formulas (including ROI Payback period, UK living cost estimators, and CGPA conversion matrices), content, trademarks, and design systems on ScholrGo are the exclusive property of ScholrGo. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
