An MOI certificate is an official letter issued on the university’s official letterhead, signed and stamped by the Registrar, Controller of Examinations, or Principal. It must clearly state your full name, degree title, roll number, and confirm that the entire medium of teaching, course materials, and examinations for your degree were conducted in English.

Yes. Under UKVI regulations, Higher Education Providers (HEPs) with a track record of compliance have the statutory authority to assess English language proficiency themselves. Once the university assesses your Class 12 marks or MOI and states on your CAS that they have assessed your English ability, UKVI does NOT require any separate IELTS test score.
